Returns & Exchange Policy

You can cancel your order any time before it ships and receive a full refund. We do not accept returns once the order is shipped We do accept exchanges if the device is defective within 30 days from the original date of of purchase.


Proof of purchase is required to claim exchange.

Damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to device use will not be exchanged.

Customer will be liable to pay any shipping and handling charges to exchange the device.

The device will be exchanged for the same color, size and brand bought originally unless its out of stock

International orders

VAT, customs, brokerage fees and duties are not included in the shipping rate.

Any additional costs are the customer's responsibility.

Cleaning prior to exchange

If an exchange is required, the product must be thoroughly cleaned and clear of any foreign substance.
